Wildcat Weekly October 19th - October 23rd

A few weeks ago we had a group of students give input on and participate in the Pastels on the Plaza event in Arcata. We would liek to recognize those students for their work, as well as a BIG thank you to Mr. Lehner and Ms. Simovich:

It's that time of year where we are looking for pumpkin donations for our pumpkin painting at our fall carnival! All donations can be delivered to the front office, or to your classroom teacher!  Any shape or size is welcome!

We would like to extend congratulations to all of our fall sports teams for a great fall season!

Girls Basketball starts this week! Please make sure if your student plans on playing this year that they have a current physical on file before tryouts start. Tryouts are listed below:

Your student's attendance at school matters! Missing a school day here or there might not seem like much, but absences can add up and have a detrimental effect.

When a student misses 2 days per month on average, they can miss up to 18 days per year. That would be an average of one full academic year from TK-8th grade.

Please make every effort for you child to attend school for their benefit!
